Helen Griffin MIACAT, MIACP, MBACP (Accred) Integrative Art Psychotherapy
Hello and thank you for visiting my website. A little about me - As well as being a trained Psychotherapist I am also an Artist and my work as a Studio Potter has been an essential part of my life’s creative journey. I have always been an Artist and always knew I would be making art in some form. Ever since childhood I have had a deep regard for the natural world and I have a connection to nature which manifests throughout my creative work. Clay and nature grounds me, whilst the sky and the elements let my spirit soar. It is through creative expression that I have found my creative voice, along with sublimating my inner thoughts and emotions it continues to be an essential part of my life, work, and vocation.
My passionate interest in psychology and healing has led to my vocation as a therapist, where I am always honoured to share in the individual’s journey of the therapy process to find their own personal meaning, an inner connection, and to witness their healing and transformation in their lives.
My vision is to help make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through my unique and creative approach to therapy.
