My mission is to empower people to lead more authentic and creative lives through personalised care with a strong focus on trust and building meaningful relationships.
Welcome to my website which I hope will give you some information into the work that I do as a Psychotherapist. I am a fully qualified and registered Psychotherapist and Art Therapist, and I provide specialist support for people who have experienced a range of issues including difficult relationships, bereavement, loss, abuse, trauma, illness, and addiction. For many people the impact of trying to cope with the stresses and struggles of these experiences can have challenging and debilitating effects upon their self-worth, current relationships and daily life, and this can result in a number of symptomatic and long-term conditions such as low self-esteem, sadness, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, and anger.
In my therapy work I utilise psychodynamic, humanistic, gestalt, existential, self-psychology, and attachment theory, alongside trauma-informed and creative arts therapies, to assist with the reparation of the person's relationship with their 'Self' and others.
